Single-owner access keeps the app private, even when it is exposed on the public internet.

The owner account is created only once. On a fresh install, open /setup before anyone signs in. If setup has already been completed on this server, sign in here or reset the owner credentials from the server with npm run owner:claim -- --email you@example.com --password 'your-long-password'.
